3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking with us, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to request cleaning services at the property.

Milla’s Cleaning Services offers professional cleaning solutions, including:

  • Residential House Cleaning

  • Apartment Cleaning

  • Office Cleaning

  • Commercial Cleaning

  • Move-In Cleaning

  • Move-Out Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning Services

Services may be customized based on your specific needs.


5. Booking and Scheduling

5.1 Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online request.

  • Service times are estimated and may vary

  • We will do our best to arrive within the scheduled window


5.2 Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Entry access to the property

  • Clear and safe working conditions

  • Pets are secured

  • Parking is available

If we cannot access the property, a service fee may apply.


6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Estimates

All quotes are based on the information provided and may change depending on:

  • Level of cleaning required

  • Additional services requested


6.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Receipts can be provided upon request.


7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.


7.2 No-Show Policy

If access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time, a service call fee may be charged.


8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the service

  • Ensure safe access to the property

  • Inform us of any hazards, damage, or special instructions

  • Secure pets during service

You must also confirm that you have authorization to request cleaning services at the property.


9. Limitations of Service

We do not provide the following services unless specifically agreed:

  • Hazardous material cleanup

  • Biohazard or trauma cleaning

  • Mold remediation

  • Pest control

We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or unsuitable jobs.


10. Liability

Milla’s Cleaning Services takes reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly installed items

  • Fragile or unsecured items

  • Normal wear and tear

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.


11. Valuables

Customers are responsible for securing:

  • Jewelry

  • Cash

  • Important documents

  • Fragile or high-value items

We are not liable for loss or damage to valuables not disclosed prior to service.


12. Environmental Practices

We strive to use safe and effective cleaning methods and products whenever possible to maintain a healthy environment.
